These Terms govern your access to and use of Chat-Tok. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Chat-Tok provides automation, messaging, analytics, and related tools for TikTok creators and businesses. Features depend on your plan and the permissions you grant to connected accounts.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Chat-Tok. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You agree not to use Chat-Tok to send spam, harass others, violate TikTok's Terms of Service, infringe intellectual property, or break applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Chat-Tok integrates with third-party platforms including TikTok, payment processors, and AI providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Chat-Tok a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. Chat-Tok and its branding remain our property.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
